Look Ahead to 2021 Season: Cardinals
Updated: Mar 15, 2021
Bring on Nolan! Since the Cardinals hopefully won't miss a hell of a lot of the season due to Covid, they hope to not burn out early in the postseason.

2020 Record: (30-28)
It's Arenado season in St. Louis, and Cardinals fans should be hyped for the best third baseman in baseball to be donning cardinals colors. The Cards will be competing with their rival Cubs for first in the NL Central, and the race should be tight all the way through October. The seeding is important for them because they won't want to face a 2nd place team like the Padres in the Wild Card series like last year. Should they win the division and get 1st, 2nd, or 3rd seed overall, they'll play a third place team or the worst second place team, so beating the Cubs record-wise is a must.
Tier: 3 (Playoff Contender)
The Cardinals aren't quite a World Series Contender, and their playoff hopes seem extremely likely, so they sit a tier below the elite teams in the National League. As long as the team stays healthy and doesn't have to endure an outbreak within the clubhouse like last year, they'll be in good shape heading into October.
