Look Ahead to 2021 Season: Brewers

Even if MLB is implementing an expanded postseason it will be a struggle in their division. Devin Williams is a stud.

2020 Record: 29-31

The Brewers were a powerhouse three short years ago, but have been merely a wild card team in 2019 and 2020. What happens next? They'll still compete in their division, but Chicago and St. Louis are ahead of them, and 2018 might've been their chance to compete for a title. They're slightly ahead of the Reds and slightly behind the Cardinals in terms of roster strength, but there shouldn't be realistic expectations for this team.

Tier: 4 (Wild Card Straggler)

If Milwaukee makes the playoffs this season, it will most likely be as a wild card for the third straight year, unless St. Louis has an unforeseen meltdown. In this case they'd probably face the Dodgers again, or perhaps the Braves, and they'd be done for.
