Adding Bauer and re-signing Turner gives the Dodgers a solid shot to be the first back-to-back champs since the Yankees in 1998-2000.

2020 Record: 43-17

With the drought ending last October, the Dodgers solidified themselves as a serious dynasty, with the future in mind, of course. It's not often that the best roster in baseball improves notably after winning a title, but the Dodgers signed the reigning NL Cy Young in Trevor Bauer. They also retained Justin Turner, the leader of the clubhouse. David Price is set to come back, too. That gives them a rotation of Kershaw, Buehler, Bauer, Price, and Urías. Sprinkle in Dustin May and Tony Gonsolin as well. Sheesh. Their bats are also good enough to be split into two MLB level teams, led by Mookie and Corey Seager. Look for the Dodgers to compete with San Diego for the top spot in the NL West, and ultimately the top record in baseball.

Tier: 1 (NL Favorite)

Pretty much any ranking you'll see will have the Dodgers atop the big leagues, and here is no different. Their challengers are San Diego, Atlanta, the Mets, and whatever surprise team comes around this season, but don't bet against Los Angeles.
