Look Ahead to 2021 Season: Orioles

That zero percent chance to make the postseason stat fired up Baltimore, but it doesn't change their lack of talent. Hey, you never know.

2020 Record: 25-35

That was a lousy stat because the Orioles have to have some small chance to make the playoffs, but the point being made by the 0% chance to make the playoffs is that Baltimore isn't good at all, and will be a minus-80 win team this year. They're not making the playoffs in most simulations, but again, numbers aren't always indicative of reality. So I'll say they will most likely not even be close to the playoffs this year.

Tier: 5 (Bottomfeeder)

Their division is too good for them to be threats, but even if they played in a place like the AL West I wouldn't like their chances. They won't have a chance against the Yankees, Blue Jays, or Rays, and so they will continue to gather young prospects from the draft and their minor league affiliates to ascend the ladder.
